Electrical, AC, Plumbing & drainage works

Carpentry works: to construct or install wooden fixtures


Painting works: application of paint/ wallpaper to surfaces of walls & ceilings
Final cleaning, touch-ups & inspection

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordination with the contractor to ensure implementation of design

Regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work


Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards
Communication with client and contractor to address any changes or adjustments

Management of timeline and budget

Inspection of completed work to ensure it meets design specifications

Final inspection and quality control before handover to the client

MATERIAL & FURNITURE
SELECTION

Selection of materials and finishes based on the design concept and budget

Sourcing of loose furniture and accessories that fit the design concept

Coordination with suppliers for delivery and installation of materials and furniture

POST-COMPLETION FOLLOW-UP & MAINTENANCE

Follow-up with client to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs

Provision of maintenance and repair services as required

Keeping records and documentation for future reference
